Hello! Thank you for visiting Indoor Enjoy Life!

I watched the latest kitchen appliance showdown on Fuji TV’s popular program “Hayashi Osamu’s Nippon Drill.” The first matchup was “SHARP Healsio Hot Cook” vs. “T-Fal Cook for Me!.”

I immediately made fried rice again using the recipe introduced in this program as a reference, and I would like to introduce it to you. The finished fried rice was very delicious.

If you use a “fluorine-coated inner pot,” rice will not stick to the bottom of the pot or fry unevenly.

Even if you are using an older model of Hot-Cook, you can purchase and use the “fluorine-coated inner pot” as it is sold separately.

WHAT IS HOT COOK?

Hot Cook is Japanese popular cookware, waterless automatic cooking pot series, made by SHARP. Just put the ingredients in the pot and press the switch to automatically prepare a variety of dishes.

Among the many Hot Cook recipes, there are not many that take less than 10 minutes to cook. But, amazingly, fried rice can be made automatically in such a short time!

The basic recipe is to put the ingredients and white rice into the pot, press the start button, and leave it alone! The best thing is that it is so easy.

The rice is just delicious, and the eggs are well mixed to create a beautiful golden brown baked rice. The sesame oil flavor also whets the appetite.

This was my first time making fried rice using the Hot-Cook, so I made simple fried rice with just onions, bacon, and eggs.

It turned out to be quite tasty, so next time I would like to try making hot cook fried rice with various ingredients such as shrimp, pork kimchi, Chinese pickles, lettuce, etc.

Hot Cook Recipe [Fried Rice] One Point Advice

  • Pour the beaten egg over the white rice and mix lightly, which looks like rice with egg. When this rice is cooked in a pot, the resulting fried rice will be golden in color and delicious.

After eating, I wondered which was easier: cooking in the Hot-Cook or a frying pan? I thought about it a little.

The answer, of course, is the Hot-Cook. It stirs evenly and automatically without the need to hold a heavy frying pan to mix up the ingredients and rice.

Cleanup was easy as usual with the Hot Cook.
