In this article, I would like to share with you my impressions and reviews of the newly released "fluorine-coated inner pot" from Hot Cook, as well as how it compares to cooking with a stainless steel inner pot. I will also use pictures to show you in detail the dishes that are particularly different.

Bokkakejiru is a local dish of Fukui Prefecture, a soup full of root vegetables. It is served over warm white rice. The recipe uses simmering burdock root, carrots, aburaage（deep-fried tofu), and shirataki (fine, whitish strings of konnyaku) in soy sauce and soup stock. It is very light because no meat is used. Also, it is a nutritious and delicious dish.

It is a curry made only with water from vegetables without adding any water at all. The sweetness and deliciousness of vegetables and the curry richness overlap, giving it a deep taste that seems to have been simmered for hours even though it has been left alone for an hour.

As I cut the roast beef, it was a nice red color and evenly cooked. The meat is very tender when I tasted it, and the flavor of the meat spreads all around in my mouth.

We consider our next week's menu every Thursday night. We usually go shopping at a nearby supermarket over the weekend but bought online this time. We ordered the listed food from "Amazon Fresh" and have them delivered.
