Hot Cook Recipe [How to Make Wok-Fried Beef with Colorful Vegetables] Excellent, authentic Chinese food!

I mixed the seasonings with the classic dish of Chinese Green Pepper Steak in mind for the taste. Red and yellow bell peppers are a bit expensive in Japan, but when cooked, they are soft and fragrant, so even those who don’t like the crunchiness and unique aroma of regular bell peppers will enjoy them. Of course, they also go very well with beef.

It’s the weekend, and I thought I’d order Chinese food by delivery since it’s been a while, but I found some leftover red and yellow peppers when I looked in the fridge.

I also found a pack of “maitake” mushrooms in the freezer that I froze about 10 days ago and leftover beef ribs and onions from the beef stroganoff I made two days ago. So I decided against delivery and decided to make homemade Chinese food with Hot Cook.

Since it was the weekend, I decided to make an original “My Recipes” dish.

In our house, we call dishes that are not in the standard Hot Cook recipe book or Hot Cook dishes that we have tried out on our own “My Recipes.”

The number of “My Recipes” is still not that much, but we hope to increase it little by little. I’ve wanted to introduce some of my recipes here on the blog if they turned out well, and this Chinese dish turned out to be just what I was looking for!

The concept of “My Recipes” is “how to make it easy and delicious in a short time. I’d like to introduce my first Chinese dish of “My Recipes.

It’s a little bit awkward to say it by myself since it is an original recipe, but it is delicious!

The great thing about Chinese food is that it goes well with all kinds of drinks, including beer, sake, wine, and of course, Shaoxing wine. Of course, rice goes well with the dish, too.

The color of the finished dish is very great, and it looks excellent. You can get plenty of vegetables with this recipe. This is a dish that can be quickly prepared for a home party as well.

Instead of beef, you can use sliced pork belly, end pieces of pork, chicken thighs, chicken meat, or whatever you have left in the refrigerator at the time, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and cook it the same way.

I recommend red and yellow bell peppers, but you can also use regular bell peppers cut into small pieces, and I think you can add bamboo shoots boiled in water for the same flavor as in the original green pepper steak.

I’ll try it again next time!
