Taste Scoring
★★★★★ Cooking time: 30 minutes, Preparation: 10 minutes + Hot Cook: 20 minutes
It is an excellent dish where you can enjoy a lot of broccoli, which is rich in vitamin C. The flavor from the vegetables and chicken, combined with the oyster sauce and garlic, gives it a light but deep flavor. This is a stir-fry dish that does not use oil, so it is also low in calories, so also recommended for those on a diet because it contains many vegetables.
I often make this recipe because it is very delicious, easy, and quick to make.
I recommend using only broccoli and bell peppers for the vegetables.
The official recipe on Hot Cook also uses shimeji mushrooms, but it is better not to use them as they absorb the water content, and the dish is more delicious without them.
If you want to add shimeji mushrooms, it might be better to add a little more oyster sauce.
You can also use garlic tubes, but the best way to make this dish is to use fresh garlic cut into thin slices.
